Payments must be made in advance as per agreed package
Delayed payments may result in service suspension
3. Offer & Promotional Pricing
Special offer prices (e.g., ₹9,999 Digital Marketing Package, ₹4,999 Festival Package) are time-bound
Offer validity is mentioned in proposals or promotions
Revised pricing may apply after offer periods end
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information and timely approvals
Share required content, access, and credentials
Ensure compliance with platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, creatives, strategies, and content remain the intellectual property of CS TechnoLand until full payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
CS TechnoLand is not responsible for:
Platform algorithm changes
Account suspensions by third-party platforms
Business losses due to external factors
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the respective service period.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Misuse or illegal activities are identified
Non-payment persists
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maharashtra courts.
