All services provided by CS TechnoLand (including but not limited to digital marketing, website development, design services, AI tools, and software access) are digital and service-based in nature.
Payments made for digital marketing services, subscription packages, promotional offers, festival packages, website development, video creation, AI tools, or software access are non-refundable.
Once a service is activated, started, or resources are allocated, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds may be considered only if:
Payment was made in error (duplicate transaction)
Service was not initiated at all due to technical reasons from our side
Such cases are reviewed individually and CS TechnoLand reserves full discretion.
Clients may cancel services by informing us in writing.
Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
Any chargebacks without prior communication may lead to suspension of services and legal action if necessary.
